  • Previous experience in the same role in Hotel industry
  • An energetic person, spontaneous, used marketing tools and feels comfortable in this digital era (No 1)
  • Can create SOPs, train other members, supervise processes (No 1)
  • Has developed a successful guest experiences / activity program in another Hotel group (No 1)
  • Strong leadership, quality-focused and guest service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skill
  • Dynamic & creative approach to service standards
  • Skill in departmental budget planning, forecasting and cost control
  • Excellent English communication skills
