GUEST RELATION OFFICER

  • Proven experience as a GRO in 5* Luxury Resort/Villa
  • Preferably male
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent in written, correspondence and fluent in English communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with VHP system is a priority
  • Data entry experience
  • Night audit experience
  • Hands-on character
  • Driving ability with valid driving license
  • Attention to detail and ownership personality
  • Multi-tasking ability and well handling of time-management
  • Deliver personalize attention and sincerity of service from the hearth
  • Flexible working hours is a must
  • A swift adaptability to the system, the team, the department and the Resort
