Apsara Restaurant in Ubud is looking for a position Sous Chef / Chef De Partie with below qualification
Job Tasks:
  1. Menu Conceptualisation and managing Quality Control of the Day & Night Menu.
  2. Managing and training the junior team on dishes.
  3. Handling Inventory and Orders with Supplier
  1. At least 3-4 years of experience working in Western Cuisine.
  2. Good attitude and willingness to take initiative and leadership
  3. Must be Indonesian and based in Bali.
