  • Assist Operations Team related to creation of contents and designs to support Marketing Initiative
  • Identify opportunities in different sales and marketing (partnership with vendor, merchants, and etc) and assist in the implementation of distribution and revenue/sales strategies
  • Handling BLC Social Media management
  • Seek and establish new partnerships on Merchant Program
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams in concept and campaign project and execution to increase market reach and expand distribution.
  • Create informative and engaging social media posts for our main social media and our managed properties
  • Develop social media content strategy
  • Analyze metrics related to content
  • Paid social media content
  • Optimizing content for publications across various social media sites
  • Monitoring users’ engagement with and feedback on every post
  • Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.

  • At least 1 year of working experience as Graphic Designer is preferred, but not required. Applications are also open to Fresh Graduates
  • Well versed in Photo Editing Software to create designs
  • Active and well versed in Social Media management
  • Great interpersonal skills with pleasant and cheerful character
  • Open to learning; Able to maximize the use of new technologies
  • Fast learner with attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree. Major in Marketing or relevant field is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics

  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithm
  • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts
  • Flexible and engaging writing style

  • At least 1 – 2 years as Reservation Agent in a 5-star Hotel or (Villa) Resort
  • Being able to work with the hotel Reservation system / PMS
  • Having prior experience or able to learn some of the basic e-commerce tasks like managing OTA’s through the channel manager, setting up packages/promos in the booking engine
  • Being able to quickly reply to enquiries through the different channels like email, telephone, WA, social media, etc.
  • Having a sales mindset, looking for ways to maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Being accurate in creating daily reports
  • Excellent communication, a good listener, great selling skills, can adapt quickly and has an in-depth knowledge of the hotel features, room information along with related information about surrounding area
  • Ensuring the Reservation provides a professional and friendly service for all customers
  • The ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • The ability to learn new tasks in a fast manner
  • Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet) with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Sound education background related to Front Office operations in hotel management.
  • Female candidate preferred.

Essential Functions:
  • Ensuring the Front Desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
  • Dealing with guests, including handling complaints.
  • Troubleshooting emergencies.


  • Minimum 2 years experienced at the same position.
  • Good computer skills and a perfect command of English is a must.

Able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and accounts record on all clients assigned, while possessing following additional competencies:
  • Understanding of hotel health and wellness product/service
