Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the pastry department in all outlets within COMO Uma Canggu under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef

Key Requirements
  • The ideal candidate required to have 2 years of previous related experiences
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pastry and Bakery science or relevant field, strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
  • Good understanding of pastry manual handling techniques
  • Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
