Senior Sales Manager Vacancy

Waterbom Bali, an award winning waterpark in Bali Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and flexible Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute our sales strategy for the appropriate target markets. You will report directly to the CEO and you will be responsible for managing clients at a regional and international level. This job is focused on excellent communications. The Senior Sales Manager will need to provide guidance, training and mentorship to the team and therefore should possess strong leadership abilities. Additionally, you will have to, set sales quotas and goals, create sales plans, analyse data and be able to react according to market trends.

  • Managing the sales organization by developing a business plan that covers sales channels, markets and revenue while minimizing cost.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Understanding and managing budgets.
  • Identifying emerging markets trends while being fully aware of new products and the competitive landscape.
  • Understanding key sales contracts and how to derive maximum strategic value from our partners.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Exhibiting deep knowledge of our product offering and value proposition.
  • Solving problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Being a brand ambassador and reflecting company values at all times.
  • Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our product.

Qualifications & skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years’ experience in sales
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Numerical literacy and ability to understand data and metrics
