Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Indonesia and English 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position 
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent 
  • Work location : Ombak Sunset Hotel Gili Trawangan Lombok Utara 
  • Good communication, good personality 
  • Have strongly personality 
  • Create report and filing administrative documents for HRD 
  • Planning, learning and development plan for employees 
  • Having knowledge in HRD (recruitment, selection, hiring process, making memo, PPh 21, UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Tahun 2013) 
  • Computer literate including internet/email 
  • Managing employee
