FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Major Responsible
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspect of Food & Beverage Departments with the goal of ensuring smooth operations, exceeding guest expectation and maximize revenue 
  • Create an execute plans to enhance F&B sales and profitability. Actively involved in cost management in terms of F&B stock, manpower cost and operational cost.
  • Maintain develop and improve image of all the F&B outlets in term of customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining ambience.
  • Drive initiatives to heighten guest dining experience and outlets popularity 

Standard Requirements.
  • Male or female, minimum 30 years 
  • Minimum 2 years Reservation experience preferably gained within 4/5* hotel
  • Well Groomed and Good Personality
  • Able to Work as a Team Player, High Motivation
  • Strong leadership, coaching and counselling skill 
  • High attention detail 
  • Ability to organize and lead complex project 
  • Able to multi task and priority task consistent with business objective 
  • Budget Oriented and High Sense of Customer Service Oriented
  • Effective sales communication skills and personal performance
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
  • Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner
  • Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in Excel is a essential.
  • Good command in English both written and oral
  • Able to start immediately
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Bali. The selection process will be held in Bali.
